Starting Our Garden by Miss Kris and Miss Marlene
Spring 2007
We started out our garden by asking Mr. Dan
to help us rototill the soil.
He came with his rototiller and worked very hard to prepare the soil for planting.

Next we had to plan out our garden space. Miss Marlene and Miss Kris helped us decide what crops we wanted to plant and where we should start planting.
Our garden is a work in progress! First we planted the seeds, then
we will have to water, water,
water all summer long!
Hopefully in the fall we will be
able to harvest a healthy crop of fruit and vegetables!
